GENERAL INFO & TIMELINE
The Championship will take place in the offseason on the following dates:
EAST Server CLC Saturday, September 16th: 10 UTC – 15:00 UTC
WEST Server CLC Sunday, September 17th: 17:00 UTC – 22:00 UTC
- The above end times are approximate, depending on how long matches take.
- Battles will be Non-Lethal AND hard-capped at 1800 IP. Players will have to bring their own gear.
- Matches will run through the in-game scrim UI. Specific times will be provided to the participants prior to each match.
- Teams should be prepared to play matches back-to-back if required.
- Teams will be playing in a single-elimination bracket with best-of-three matches (BO3).
Timeline
- Qualifying teams will be announced on Monday, September 11
- Once teams have been announced, they must send the following information to @Shadowbrick (West) and @Emii (East) within 24h
- 1. Team name
- 2. Name of designated substitute
- 3. Name of designated Team Captain
- 4. Exact names of every team member
- 5. Team logo

- Changes to substitutes can be made up to 72 hours (three days) before the Championship starts.
- No further changes are allowed after that.
For each server, 8 teams (6 Lethal, 2 Non-Lethal) can qualify for the Championship.
Qualification is based on highest points gained during the Season. Points are gained for each match won at level 5 or higher, while each league and each server counts separately (Lethal, Non-Lethal, East, West).
Furthermore, No-Shows will count the same as full wins within this system.
- Level 5 = 5 points
- Level 6 = 10 points
- Level 7 = 20 points
- Level 8 = 40 points
- Level 9 = 80 points
In addition:
- Wins will only be counted based on teams with 5 consistent characters.
- Players cannot switch teams or try to qualify for the Championship with multiple teams.
- Players can only qualify for one Server (East or West)
RULES
General rules
- Each team must assign a Captain to be the main point of contact between the Championship Organizers, Game Masters, and the team. The Captain must be able to speak English and to write in the in-game chat.
- Each team can allocate one substitute in addition to the five team members for the entire Championship
- During the tournament, teams must be present on EmiiGM’s Private Island located in Fort Sterling
- Teams must wait for the invitation to the Match from the Championship Organizer
- Use of exploits and/or glitches is not allowed in the Championship
- Each team must act in the spirit of sportsmanship and work towards its own victory in all matches; if anyone is suspected of violating this (for instance, by colluding and/or intentionally not competing) they will be penalized
- Each team must send in their respective information at the required time.
- If the team fails to do so, they may be disqualified from the tournament and replaced with a substitute team.
Rules for qualification
- A player counts as “qualified” if the following criteria are met:
- The player must use the same account that played in the qualifying Season 20 (West) / Season 2 (East) Crystal League matches
- The player can only qualify for the tournament once through either the Lethal or Non-Lethal format
- That participating account has won at least two level 5 matches or a single level 6+ match in either the Lethal or Non-Lethal 5v5 crystals in the current or previous season
- Participating with two or more characters that belong to the same player is prohibited – this also includes joining other participating teams via a different character
- A team counts as qualified if the following criteria are met:
- The team consists of five qualified players from the same team during Season 20
- The team has handed in their team info at the required date and time
- The team is not using a Name, Icon, Character name, Guild name, or Alliance name that would go against Albion’s Terms and Conditions
Rules for Matches and Breaks
- Each team must be ready to start the match at the time given to them by the Game Master or Championship Organizer
- Natural Breaks between matches will always be at least 5 minutes, however, the actual time of the match will be given by the respective GM responsible for the team
- If a team needs to take more time between matches, they may request it, however, this will cause them to receive one strike towards their time requests
- A requested longer break may under no circumstances exceed a limit of 15 minutes
- If a sign-up fails due to the members not being signed up, it will cause a strike towards the team’s time requests. Exceptions to this rule can be made at the discretion of the Championship organizer under special circumstances
- If a team exceeds the maximum amount of 15 minutes, does not respond to their GM in time (the limit here is 1 minute), or has exceeded their limit of two time requests,the match will be forfeited, giving one win to the opposing team
- All rules are subject to the discretion of the Championship organizer. Under special circumstances exceptions may be made, but teams are not entitled to them
Substitute rules
- The substitute can be used in all matches
- If a team decides to use its substitute in a match, the Captain should indicate this to the Game Master they are allocated to prior to the specific match
- Substitutes for the winning teams will be awarded the same prizes as their team members
- Changes to substitutes can be made up to 72 hours (three days) before the Championship starts. No further changes, for any reason, are allowed after that
- A team loses their option for a substitute as soon as one out of five players from their qualified roster need to be replaced
Penalties
Any participant and/or team breaking the rules may be penalized at the Championship Organizer’s discretion. All decisions are final. The penalties may include, but are not limited to:
- Suspension from one or more matches
- Suspension from the remainder of the Championship and/or future tournaments
- Suspension of the entire team from one or more matches
- Suspension of the entire team from the remainder of the Championship and/or future tournaments
- Matches can be voided or declared a different result by the Championship Organizer
PRIZES
The following prizes apply for the first- through fourth-place winners:
- First Place: Each player on the winning team will receive the extremely rare Saber Tiger Rex Swiftclaw skin unlock item and 10,000 Gold
- Second Place: Each player will receive the Recruiter’s White Tiger Swiftclaw skin unlock item along with 5,000 Gold
- Third Place: Each players will receive the Recruiter’s Giant Frog mount item along with 5,000 Gold
- Fourth Place: Each player will receive the Occult Cougar Swiftclaw skin unlock item along with 5,000 Gold
